POSITION DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role for a highly motivated person who is agile and driven collaborator.

To be successful in this role you will be fluent in Mandarin, curious and constantly thinking of creative ways to make products robust and maintainable. You will be working as a key member of the project team, and as such you will need to be flexible and able to handle changing requirements and timelines at short notice.

Having Gaming Experience will be a Plus.

As a software developer, you should have strong experience in Back-end Web development and be able to join a cross functional team to deliver a range of projects on time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
• Design and implement new systems
• Improve existing systems in PHP and Laravel
• Manage programming task schedule updates and coordinate with production teams
• Bug fixes and maintenance of the existing systems which are deployed on different Cloud server providers
• Identify, analyse and correct common issues in a multi-threaded game engine, such as load times, memory usage and CPU/GPU performance
• Deliver high quality, robust, secure and maintainable program code
• Work with art team members to provide tools and improve the visual experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, speaking and writing
• 2 Years+ of PHP and Laravel development experience
• Experience working with Agile development team
• Game Development Experience is a plus
• Proficient in developing with Laravel
• Experienced in H5, Android and IOS App development
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, MYSQL and modern Javascript framework such as Vue.js
• Strong ability in database design and management
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player with superior communication skills
• Responsible and accountable, can-do attitude
